Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the PDQ Textiles manufacturing platform. By engaging our services, you agree to these conditions.

Manufacturing Standards & MOQ

• MOQ Requirement: To maintain premium quality and efficiency, we require a minimum of 150 pieces per style.
• Technical Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing clear, accurate tech packs. PDQ is not liable for errors resulting from ambiguous documentation.

Lead Times & Logistics

• Production Window: Standard production cycles are 4–6 weeks from the date of sample approval.
• Shipping: We provide both FOB and DDP options. In DDP arrangements, PDQ manages all customs duties and import formalities to your door.

Payment & Cancellations

All production orders require a deposit upon confirmation. Once raw materials are procured, production orders are non-cancellable. Final balances are due prior to dispatch.
